This beautifully designed store, characterized by its smart use of limited space and refined contemporary architecture, features premium plug-in refrigeration cabinets from Triumf Refrigeration, combining innovation, sustainability, and aesthetic excellence.

Installed models:

• City Open – an elegant open-front cabinet ensuring perfect presentation and accessibility of fresh products.
• City LT – a low-temperature unit designed for frozen assortments with stable and reliable performance.
• Cube – a compact and flexible display solution ideal for diverse product categories.

All units operate on eco-friendly R290 (propane) refrigerant, contributing to lower environmental impact and aligning with the latest EU sustainability standards. These refrigeration solutions provide optimal conditions for displaying sushi, fresh fish, and frozen items, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and temperature stability, while seamlessly blending into the store’s modern and minimalist interior.
